About The Authority
The Rivers State Housing and Property Development Authority is the State Government Authority established by the Laws of Rivers State No. 14 of 1985. From inception, the Housing Authority has focused on its core mandate of increasing the availability in the State of dwelling-houses, office and industrial buildings for acquisition by or letting to members of the public, including its responsibility to manage and control all Rivers State Government owned housing estates and properties vested in the Authority while leaving no stone unturned to justify its establishment. Currently, the following are under its management and control:
