Various Categories of Property are available for rent or direct purchase levels ranging from Bungalow, Flats and Duplex depending on level of civil servant involved

who is qualified for our properties?

Most Property Business transacted by the RSHPDA are for Civil Servants in the State. There may be few exceptions according to laws establishing the Authority.

Our properties are spread at following locations:Presidential Housing Estate, Rumuibekwe Housing Estate, Rumuobiakani Housing Estate, Elekahia Housing Estate, Abuloma Housing Estate, Ndoki Waterfront, Aggrey Waterfront, Marine Base Waterfront & Iriebe Housing Estate

what are the payment terms?

There are detailed information on payment terms available with the Legal / Accounts Departments of the Authority. Kindly refer to the Dept and be properly guided on mortgage terms.

and for how long?

The range of timing is measured by the number of years put into service and retirement due date.

What are the terms of purchase/ rent?

There are detailed information regarding the qualification and terms of purchase or rentage provided by the Legal Dept of the Authority. However, repayment for property rented/purchase is directly from Monthly Salary.

how do i apply?

An Application Form is available both on this website ( Click Here) and as physical Form with the Auhtority in her Moscow Road Office. Fill Form and apply for available property and if approved, you shall be contacted.
